About this provider

Choices Home Care Ltd is registered with the CQC and provides care for Kirklees Metropolitan Council and Barnsley Borough Council.

The service we offer is provided in a way that respects people's privacy and choices so they maintain control over what happens in their own homes. We provide a service to people who are referred by the Local Authority, the Health Authority or people who are able to fund a private service or use a personal budget.

We are based in Shepley, near Huddersfield and currently we cover all of the Kirklees area including Huddersfield, Dewsbury and surrounding areas. We are also building up our team in the Barnsley area, again working in the main with Service Users whose needs are complex on a planned basis.
