Karen Pogson:
Hello my name is Karen Pogson and I'm the director of Active Social Care Limited.

Karen Pogson:
Active offers a range of social care services for adults and children throughout Kirklees and surrounding areas in their own homes, community settings and our activity bases.

Karen Pogson:
One of the main benefits we see of joining Connect to Support is that we will be able to advertise our services to a wider audience.

Karen Pogson:
We feel this will be particularly beneficial in areas where the company is less established. It will also ensure our existing clients are aware of the full range of services Active offer.

Karen Pogson:
I particularly like the online shopping approach as this is the way that many people want to purchase their goods and services today. It brings the purchasing of social care services in line with other markets.

Karen Pogson:
The system will automatically produce an invoice which should save administration time for our company.

Karen Pogson:
We are also looking forward to receiving comments from our customers so that we can adapt our service offer in response to the feedback we receive.
