About this provider

Wudang Tao UK is not an ordinary Martial Arts club. Our aim is not only to teach Traditional Chinese Martial Arts but also to spread the Ancient Healing Arts and the Taoist Culture. We strongly believe in Martial Arts as a path to self development, personal expression and as a spiritual way to achieve inner balance and harmony.

We are open to anyone interested in improving their health, getting in better shape or gaining useful combat skills. There is no age limit and all levels are welcome.

The atmosphere in class is warm and friendly.

We currently hold our courses in the Confucius Institute, University of Sheffield.
