About this provider

Located on PARCHMORE Road in Thornton Heath, our aim is to work with other people, organisations and the local community to enhance the quality of life of the people of Thornton Heath and surrounding areas regardless of ethnicity, age, gender, religious belief, disability, sexual orientation or marital status.
Within its wider Community Adult Services, PARCHMORE currently offers a Lunch Club/Half Day Centre from Monday to Friday from 10am - 2pm.
The Lunch Club members are mostly vulnerable elderly adults referred by social and health services, but some know of the Lunch Club by word of mouth.
The majority of members live in Thornton Heath and Norbury. A minibus pick up service is offered to those who live within a 2 mile radius of the centre.
Two seated exercise classes are also delivered on a Monday and Friday, a Breathing and Relaxation Class on Tuesday, and Tai Chi classes on Wednesday (beginners) and Thursday.
A Tango class has commenced on Friday evenings.
A bimonthly nail trimming service is also provided and the Hearing Resource Centre is hosted monthly.
A FoodStop shop operates on Wednesday in conjunction with Croydon Gateway Services.
