Holmesdale Road is a 24 hour supported living service for 5 young adults with learning disabilities. There are 4 rooms in the main house, 2 situated on the top floor with their own ‘mini’ kitchenette and 1 self-contained annex. So, this could be the service for you, whether your preference is to share with others or live alone. Holmesdale Road is in an accessible area of Croydon with easy access to buses and trains and there is a core of support staff 24/7 to ensure that support is always available should you need it. You will be supported to access and be fully involved in the community, explore college and work opportunities, pursue leisure activities, develop independence skills such as cooking, and you will be supported to pursue your dreams and aspirations. You will be able to meet the individuals and the staff who currently provide support and those who live within the service and choose the way you wish to transition into your new environment, taking part in day activities, lunches, dinners and evening stays. Holmesdale road offers support so young individuals can achieve their goals. Staff are equipped with all the mandatory training to ensure your support is tailored around your own needs and you will be assigned a key worker. Holmesdale Road is a homely and fun environment to support you to progress in your future.
Prices are: £17.18 per hour, core fee ranging between £15,515.28 - £1894.10 per week.
