The hospital has suggested that she requires 24-hour care, which we cannot cover, in her own home.

In particular you're employees Lorraine and Kerry have provided first class care and understanding. During their time caring for her, they have built up a good bond with her; this was used to keep myself informed of any problems she was experiencing. By keeping myself informed of her condition, we have been able to manage her medical and personal needs.

My grandma was discharged from hospital yesterday without appropriate walking aids and I struggled. That evening Community Careline carers arrived and were wonderful. I couldn’t praise all the staff enough.

I have today been to visit her and when I arrived she was on the floor, she had fallen, but a carer from Community Careline was there again, acted marvellous made her comfortable and warm and sent for the ambulance. The carer was very professional.
