Active Lives services - day & evening support services for people with disabilities Croydon Council’s Active Lives service offers day and evening support opportunities for adults with disabilities including: Learning disabilities, Autism and physical disabilities.
Sessions and Support are offered from several Hubs in Croydon, and within the local community – which is called Outreach.
We have specific teams that are skilled at working with identified support needs. We always work in a person centered way and our experienced, creative and knowledgeable staff are empowered to develop our menu of opportunities, to ensure that what is offered enables people to achieve their personal outcomes.
Independence, friendship, social networking, emotional and physical wellbeing and valuing employability skills, guide the development and delivery of these sessions and support.
These varied support options can be matched to the social and learning outcomes that an individual requires.
