About this provider

Active Social Care Limited is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted. We offer day and evening services for children, young people and adults, including home care, cleaning, and housekeeping, respite holidays, outings, agency workers, day care at our own Activity Bases and Out of School Clubs. All these services are provided throughout Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and surrounding areas.

We provide services for people with a wide range of needs and conditions including multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinsons disease, dementia, stroke, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, complex health needs, challenging behaviour, autism (autistic spectrum condition or traits), mental health needs and sensory impairments. Service can vary from one to one support to group activities and drop-in social activities.
