Future Directions CIC recruits and employs Personal Assistants specifically for you, ensuring that you are always in control and have the freedom to choose how and when you are supported. We will employ the Personal Assistant directly, so that you don't have to. This means that you get the choice and control over how your support is provided, without the responsibilities of being the employer.
