About this provider

24Hr Quality Care is an Agency based in Pontefract and has been in operation since 2013. We provide health care services people with learning disabilities including those with – behavioural, emotional or social difficulties, communication difficulties, complex needs, sensory impairments, profound and multiple learning disabilities, mild or moderate learning disabilities , elderly people with dementia, people with mental health and complex needs. We are supporting over 15 care homes with qualified nurses and health care assistants.

Our motivated staff team consists of 130 qualified nurses and 200 health care assistants, currently supplying staff to Care Homes in Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Normanton and Leeds.

Our goal and mission is to providing quality care to individuals in the communities in which they live, so they continue to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. Our recent success in providing person centred care has prompted us to seek new opportunities in providing person centred care and support to individuals who most need it.
