Arch Healthcare Ltd is a domiciliary care company which provides homecare support services. We are registered with the CQC to undertake regulated personal care activities.

We offer Home Care Services which consist of:

• Assistance with personal hygiene needs such as bathing, dressing, washing, shaving
• We also assist with prompting and or administration of medicines, collecting prescriptions
• Shopping, companionship, accompaniment to hospital appointments
• Assisting with meal & drink preparations and feeding
• Light housework such as cleaning, laundry
• Palliative care and end of life care
• Night sitting
• Carer respite and live-in care

We are committed to delivering a service which is personalised therefore we carry out a detailed needs assessment to understand your needs and wishes for homecare services, draw up a support plan and a contract. Our service is flexible we accept 30-minute calls to 24 hour care, we respect each user’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment and making informed choices.
