Team Medical have been established and providing high quality, personalised care to people with Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and the elderly since 2004. We cover Southern Costal and Western areas from Worthing through to Midhurst along to Emsworth, Chichester and Bognor. Our staff are dedicated in providing the BEST care along with a personalised approach with in-house nurse trainers providing bespoke training for individual needs assessed.
