About this provider

Affinity Trust offers supported living services for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism spectrum condition. We currently provide support for over 700 people throughout the UK, helping them to live fulfilling lives within their local community. Our support is tailored to the individual needs of each of the people we work with.
