One To One is a well established and growing care and support provider for those experiencing difficulties with their health and social circumstances. We provide high quality care and support to adults and children in their own homes and out in the community in your area, supporting independence and maximising quality of life. We have expertise in working with those with health and communication needs, and are able to provide a 24/7 service and rapid response to support requests. We have excellent CQC ratings and are preferred provider for several Local Authorities.

We provide high quality care to all age ranges. This includes to older people in their own homes, supporting those with a variety of needs including dementia, hearing and sight impairment. Our service helps support health needs and maintain lifestyle, reducing isolation and loss of independence, and includes a sitting service. We also provide End of Life care and can set up flexible services rapidly if necessary.

Our Family Support Workers assist children and carers with daily life activities, shopping, appointments, groups, clubs and tasks in and out of the home.

We employ specifically trained and experienced staff to support people with sensory impairments to enable access and help with everyday life. Communicator guides can make the difference between isolation in a community and enjoying an independent and fulfilling lifestyle. We can also provide fully qualified BSL interpreters for more formal settings.
