About this provider
We provide semi-independent supported accommodation for young people aged 16-25 with medium to high support needs. We deliver a quality service but at the same time provide good value for money.
We specialise in offering an outcome focused supported housing service within a family home environment, providing accommodation and support for 5 young people at any one time.
We have both worked intensively with a broad spectrum of young people for over 15 years in many different settings including:
- Newhall Prison
- Jobcentre Plus
- Local Youth Clubs
- NACRO – YIP and YISP
- The Bike Shed Project
- Ambitions for Kirklees
We have also accommodated and supported a large number of young people leaving the care system as well as providing emergency accommodation for homeless young people in the Wakefield District for the past 6 years.
