Bespoke Care & Support Services are committed to providing the highest quality home care and support services that enable older people to live independently in their own homes. We aim to provide a wide range of services that can accommodate people from diverse backgrounds with varying needs. Each person we support is treated as an individual and our services are tailored according to their needs, creating "People Shaped Services"
Bespoke Care is a locally owned business in close contact with the community it serves, with no desire to work outside of the Huddersfield area. This is an owner managed service, Diane Ryan & Andrew Johnson (locally born) are directly engaged in managing staff and coordinating the care and support provided. We are a conscientious care provider that feels a sense of pride in having a local identity, and understand the benefits of being part of the diverse and unified local community that is Huddersfield.
We expect ourselves and our colleagues, throughout our company, to behave in a way that is consistent with our values. We are confident it is our belief in valuing people that ensures, Bespoke Care & SS is highly regarded by our employees and Service Users alike.

Since Bespoke Care took over the support of my mother I have found things a lot less stressful. They are regular, punctual and consistent, taking a load off my mind. The care staff treat my mum with dignity and respect and have a very good understanding of what her needs are. They are very good at what they do.

If like myself in the past you have constantly worries about the care of your loved one, then Bespoke Care will certainly put your mind at ease. Very punctual, kind and caring staff and the managers are attentive listeners and will always give helpful advice. If there is something that I may have over looked (regarding the care of my mother) I find Bespoke Care staff will always pick up on this and we can then work together to put things into place and focus. I think through all the past poor quality care companies my mother and myself have had to endure, Bespoke Care have (in such a short space of time) proved that they indeed should be nationally recognised.

Before my husband went into full time nursing care, Diana and her team came in the evenings. My husband is suffering from progressive supranuclear palsy (final stage) and is virtually helpless - sight, speech etc. Their work included preparing him for bed (teeth, wash, transferring him, sterile dressings on peg feed, suprapubic catheter and checking groin, transferring him into bed), all done with loving care.

The experience of home care has covered several friends and family members. It now happens that I now need a care service. It is my considered opinion the Bespoke provides a care service that is in the top category and I have been well pleased with their service in all ways.

My wife Joyce passed away on Saturday 6 Sept in front of me and the ladies who came to care for her. The care they gave her was given with love, 4 times a day, to wash, dress her and make her clean and tidy at all times, for her every need. The best care anyone can give.

Bespoke took over my husbands care package from another agency and have proven to be excellent at delivering the service we require. They are professional but in a warm, friendly manner and understand my husbands care needs.

All the staff are very good, very reliable and provide a very good service. I am very glad that they visit my home to support me. Diane is very helpful and I enjoy their company.
