Mostly, our customers just get on with their lives as normal - they don't have to do anything differently. If they do, we have locked down all our devices so they are super simple to use. You can't get lost, swipe on to different pages. You touch a familiar face and call them. You read a message and touch the ok button. We know care giving can be stressful enough as it is. We want to make life a bit easier to give our users the peace of mind that their loved one is safe, secure and looked after. That someone will be there even if they can't be.
