About this provider

The SLC Group provides community-based support services to people who have learning disabilities, Autism, are deaf or hard or hearing, blind or partially sighted, and who have physical or mental health needs across Yorkshire and Derbyshire

We work in partnership with individuals and health professionals to deliver services in Sheffield, Kirklees, Derbyshire, Chesterfield and Derby City.

Operating from our regional offices in Huddersfield and Chesterfield, our local teams provide high quality services to people across the area to live as independently as possible in their own homes and supported living tenancies.

To help us achieve this, our dedicated staff team, comprised of managerial and support staff, are on hand with a wealth of local knowledge and expertise gained via long standing experience in the social care sector
