We offer you the choice of living a full and interesting life doing the things you enjoy and to be independent. We provide care in the comfort of your own home. We offer a person-centered approach to care that will meet your every need whatever it is.

We are successful because we provide care that recognises the uniqueness and individuality of the individuals we care for, we promote independence and empower our service users. We recognise cultural and religious differences and promote inclusion in our practice. Our staff members are all trained and carefully interviewed.

We provide help from two hours per day to several visits a week we can create a personal care plan just for you. Hands Of Hope Home Care helps and supports you when you need it most. Our Hourly Home Care can help support you be making your favourite meal, assisting you with medication or help going to the bathroom. We work with individuals living with dementia, stroke survivors and Parkinson’s to name a few.
