About this provider

Horizonz Care is a new venture for domiciliary care. This service was set up by cares themselves with years of self experience. We aim to provide our service users with professional care and support for all their needs in the comfort of their own home. This is essential as creates independence for the service user. Our aim is to improve the quality of individual's lives which may be restricted due to health, physical or mental disability, injury or old age by allowing them to choose a tailored care package helping them to regain their independence.
