About this provider
**All our day services for the elderly, people living with dementia and children and adults with learning disabilities have been closed for the forseeable future. Please visit our website www.guildcare.org/coronavirus for up-to-date information on our services. We hope to get them up and running again soon. Thank you.**
Guild Care is a charity that was established in Worthing, West Sussex in 1933. We now run three care homes and over 30 community services for people aged from 5 to 105 in the local area. Our drop in service at the Guild Care Centre encourages over 50s to enjoy healthy, active and fun lifestyles. It offers everything from an outdoor gym for adults to computer support.
Daily activities include art, crafts, music - as well as mental stimulations with games, cards, social activities, entertainment, poetry, book club, discussion groups etc.
Other services include personal and home care which is aimed at people who want to remain independent in their own homes but are in need of extra help whether that is just an hour to assist with the cleaning or a more tailored personal service.
We run a range of dementia care support services for people living in the community providing days out and respite for their carers. As well as day centres for children and adults for all ages who have a learning disability. Our care homes offer dementia, 24 hour nursing and respite care in Worthing and Goring. Our homes are all very individual - much like our residents and we recommend browsing our pages for a brief overview of each home.
All of our homes provide comfortable accommodation in your own spacious room with en-suite facilities, a full activities programme, nutritionally balanced menus, a beauty salon, laundry and cleaning services.
